Literary Impressions and the Sophisticated Side of What School Can Do For You
Different children experience various literary impressions as they process their way through what most kids of today go through and that is school. See, school for me was not all bad, but the major points in my life were between sixth grade and twelfth grade. Now, of course throughout that time a positive impact was produced, but the workload was very challenging. I was put in a particular environment where every child was basically for their selves. Not saying that the teachers didn't help, but it was like you had to find some kind of way to maneuver through out the school days and not let one single mistake mess up that report card. Now, i did read a lot during that period which relates to how books like Stephen King, which was something that opened my mind to plenty of imagination, and The Babysitter's Club, which explained many mistakes that were always solved, inspired me so much. Although majority of my teachers had me write and read, it's just the fact that i got enjoyment out of just doing it just because. I mean, every teacher had an impact on positively. Neither of them doubted me, or judged me, or hindered me from striving, and based on these memories that i have gathered from that part of my life, i can use this to the best of my ability in my classroom. I can give each student a chance, to do what they enjoy, a lesson to adhere by and always follow through with, and a positive attitude, to let them know that they can achieve anything that they set their mind to.
